So, it’s been pretty insane this week so I haven’t really had a chance to post anything.  Also, I didn’t really know what was on the agenda because I didn’t know if I could make any of this work or not, but I think I have for the most part.  So here’s the story…

A few weeks ago, some things happened in my life that were out of my control.  I’ve been going through several emotional mishaps over it (sorry I’m being vague, but that’s the least I  can do.  Thank me later).  So because of this, I felt like I needed to get out of San Francisco for a bit and be in a different head space.  So, what better way to do that then to do a month and a half long road trip around the U.S. with Mandy Mitchell while doing a video blog (and shooting a little porn) during our whole experience!

Here’s what’s on the agenda:

My last night here in SF (which is tonight), I’ll be working at the Lusty Lady from 8:30pm-12:45am.    Tomorrow, Mandy and I will be hopping a flight to Portland to get some last minute stuff taken care of.  Then, we’ll be renting a car and driving to out first destination, Chicago!  I haven’t been there in at least 3 years.  I really miss that place and all of my friends there.  On the 22nd, I’m going to be shooting for Ropexpert.  I haven’t shoot for this site in 4 years, so this should be a lot of fun.  I really enjoyed working with them the last time.  On the 24th, one of my best friend’s Steven Leyba is going to be in town for an art show at the 1901 gallery.  So, I’ll be checking that out and taking him out to dinner for his belated bday gift.

On the 25th or 26th, Mandy and I will make out way towards Cleveland.  She and I have never been, but my friend Eric, who is another amazing artist wanted us to come check out his new crib which I guess is enormous, psychotic, and all around bad ass.  He wants to do a clown shoot with me there (yay!) and Mandy and I were also thinking of shooting a little porn there too.  I’m sure our scene will be fucked up as usual… In a good way .

Next, we’ll be hitting up Philly.  I don’t really know anyone there anymore, but Mandy does.  Guess she has a lot of friends there so we’ll be hanging out there for a few days.

After our short trip to Philly, We’ll be taking the train up to NYC for 3-4 days.  I can’t wait.  I haven’t been there in so long.  I don’t really know anybody who still lives there anymore, but I’m looking forward to be shooting with Intersec.  It’s been quite a while, and it will be nice to see/work with Cyd Black again.

After those few days in NYC, We’ll be heading down to Florida.  First, the St. Petersburg area, and then the Fort Lauderdale/Miami area for 7-10 days total.  I miss Florida.  I miss the warm water, the laid back people and the fresh fruit.  I’ll be shooting several different things there.  More tba.

New Orleans will be the next destination after Florida.  I haven’t been there since Katrina.  Mandy has a ton of old musician friends there and I have a couple crazy friends still around.  Think we’ll be sticking around for a few days.

Then it’s Austin.  I have never been to Austin, only to the airport.  That’s pretty much it.  I hear it’s amazing city and I can’t wait to see what it’s all about.

I think after that, we may hit Denver, but I don’t really know for sure.  We may just be ready to go home after that.  Either way, I’ll be keeping everyone posted, and Mandy and I will also be keeping a video blog during our adventure.
